I have allergy testing next week to see what I’m allergic to. In order to get the best results, I cannot take any allergy medicines until after the test. The list goes as far as to prohibit eye drops. I’ve only not taken my medication for 2 days and I’m already itchy and my eyes are sometimes red. I can’t just avoid what I’m allergic to because I don’t know what that is yet.

Is there a way to relieve allergies without medicine? Thank you for any advice you give.

I think one time he got it from cheese that had horseradish in it but we have yet to figure out what else causes it.
I believe he also has a different allergy to wine and or hard alcohol.
Nothing else usually happens to him other than the hot red blotches.
